摘 要:[目的]探究固定化四爿藻去除养殖废水中氨氮(NH_4^+-N)、亚硝酸氮(NO_2^--N)和活性磷酸盐(PO_4^(3-)-P)的效果。[方法]采用海藻酸钠固定化包埋技术开展了四爿藻固定化培养,探究了藻球直径、藻细胞包埋密度、海藻酸钠浓度及氯化钙浓度等条件对四爿藻固定化培养的影响。同时测定了固定化四爿藻去除养殖水体中NH_4^+-N、NO_2^--N、PO_4^(3-)-P的效果。[结果]四爿藻固定化培养的优化条件为藻球直径为4 mm、藻细胞包埋密度为1.82×10~4个/mL、海藻酸钠质量浓度为10 g/L及氯化钙浓度为20 g/L;在石斑鱼养殖废水中引入固定化四爿藻,试验第3天,NH_4^+-N去除率达98.87%、NO_2^--N去除率达98.33%和PO_4^(3-)-P去除率达83.70%。[结论]采用海藻酸钠固定化包埋技术不影响四爿藻的生理活性;固定化四爿藻应用于净化养殖水环境具有很好的前景。[ Objective]To investigate the effects of immobilized Tetraselmis chui on removing ni trogen(N) and phosphorus( P ) from aquacul-ture wastewater. [ Method] Embedding carry of sodium alginate was used to immobilize microalga Tetraselmis chui, and then studied the effects of embedded microalgal particle diameter, cell density of embedded microalgae, concentrations of sodium alginate and calcium chloride on the cultivation of immobilized Tetraselmis chui. [ Result] The effects of immobilized Tetraselmis chui was with immobilized microalgal particle diam-eter of 4 mm, immobilized Tetraselmis chui on removing NH4 + -N , N 0 2 -N and P 0 43 -P from aquaculture wastewater were also investigated. The results showed that the optimal cultivation condition of 1. 82 x l0 4 cel ls/mL embedded cell density, 10 g /L sodium alginate, and 20 g /L CaCl2. Furthermore, the immobilized reJraseZmfs cAwf was also used for the treatment of grouper breeding wastewater,and the removal efficien-cies of NH4 + -N、 N02 _ -N and P043_ -P reached 98. 87% , 98. 3 3 %,and 83. 70% on the third day, respectively. In conclusion, the immobi-lization technology with sodium alginate had no impacts on the physiological activity of Tetraselmis chui. [ Conclusion ] Thus, immobilized Tet-raselmis chui has potential to be applied in the treatment of aquaculture wastewater.
