摘 要:煤与瓦斯突出防治是煤矿安全生产工作的重点,针对单一突出煤层的煤与瓦斯突出防治问题,介绍了煤与瓦斯突出防治常规技术,并对其优缺点进行分析,为煤矿瓦斯治理技术的选择提供了参考依据。通过文献研究了单一低渗突出煤层的瓦斯治理新技术进展,认为水力扰动瓦斯抽采技术是今后瓦斯治理工作的研究方向之一。现场实测了大量煤层基础数据,并通过朗格缪尔方程反算出瓦斯含量。研究表明:河南省规定煤层瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量必须分别降至0.6 MPa和6 m^3/t以下才能进行采掘作业是正确的,对这2种指标的严格要求更好地保证了煤矿的生产安全,各煤炭企业应积极响应并实践这项规定。The prevention of coal and gas outburst was the key point of coal mine production,according to the problem of coal and gas outburst prevention of single outburst coal seam,studied the normal prevention methods of coal and gas outburst of single outburst seam,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,in order to provide the reference for gas prevention. Studied the new technology of coal and gas outburst of a single low permeability and outburst coal seam,it was proposed that,the hydraulic disturbance gas drainage technology system was the key point of late gas control works. Results of research show that,it is reasonable that the coal seam gas pressure and gas content must be reduced to 0. 6 MPa and 6 m^3/t respectively to carry out the mining operation in Henan Province.The strict requirements for the above two indexes can ensure the safety of the production of the coal mine. The coal enterprises should actively respond to and practice this rule.
