摘  要:由于进口铁精粉购买、组织比较困难,为降低成本、稳定生产,我国西南地区某钢厂被迫退出进口矿,使用本地矿和部分国内其他矿。因本地矿综合品位低,锌含量高,高炉冶炼条件发生变化。以某厂的高炉为研究对象,通过对低品位矿高炉锌的循环、富集特点以及锌的热力学特性研究,得出低品位矿高炉锌的收支平衡、炉内行为特点,并提出了可指导生产的建议。Since the purchase and organization of imported powdered iron is rather difficult,a steel plant in Southwest China has been forced to give up the imported ore and use local mines and partial domestic mines in order to reduce costs and stabilize production.Because of low comprehensive grade of local ore and high content of zinc,the smelting condition of blast furnace is changed.Taking the blast furnace of a factory as the research object,the balance of zinc and the behavior characteristics of zinc in low grade blast furnace zinc are obtained,and suggestions for guiding production are put forward.through the study of the circulation,enrichment characteristics and thermodynamic characteristics of zinc in BF with low-grade mine.
