摘　　要：高炉煤气分布是高炉顺行、冶炼经济技术指标以及长寿等问题的直接决定因素,甚至可以说,操作高炉即操作煤气。因此,高炉合理煤气流分布是炼铁工作者永恒的追求,京唐1#高炉煤气分布长期稳定、合理,各项经济技术指标处于国内一流水平。以京唐1#高炉冶炼实践为基础,从高炉的送风制度、原燃料管理、装料制度、热制度和冷制度等操作参数入手分析,得出了控制高炉煤气分布的措施,对高炉生产起到了重要的指导作用。Gas distribution of blast furnace is a direct determinant of the smooth opearation,economic and technical indicators and campaign life.Thus,the operation of blast furnace is the operation of gas.Therefore,the reasonable gas flowdistribution in blast furnace is the eternal pursuit of ironmaking workers.The gas distribution of Jingtang 1 # blast furnace is long-term stable,reasonable,and its economic and technical indicators is in the domestic first-class level.On the basis of the Jingtang 1# blast furnace smelting practice,the control measures for BF gas distribution are obtained through the parameters analysis of air supply system,fuel management,charging system,heating system and cooling system,which makes an important guiding role in the production of blast furnace.
