棒材在线倒棱应用实践

摘　　要：研究棒材端部在线倒棱在生产中的应用,主要是对圆钢在线倒棱工艺制定、设备使用维护进行研究改进。石钢公司中型棒材线轧钢车间通过在钢材收集台架前安装倒棱机,实现了规格Φ60~130 mm圆钢的在线倒棱功能,完成圆钢在线倒棱,在线倒棱角度控制在40°~60°,倒棱斜面宽度控制在2~8mm。在线倒棱减少了后部人工倒角处理量,降低了生产成本。Production application of on-line chamfering of the bar end is studied.On-line chamfering process of the round steel and eequipment maintenance are improved.Through the insllation of chamfering machine in front of the steel collection platform,the medium bar rolling mill of Shisteel achieves on-line charmfering of Φ 60 ~ 130 mm round steel.The angle of the on-line chamfering is controlled at 40° ~ 60°,and the width of the chamfered slope is controlled at 2 to 8 mm.It reduces the amount of artificial chamfering and saves production cost.
