摘　　要：对数量众多的医院信息系统进行有效管理、做好系统建设的质控工作是目前医院信息部门基础管理工作的重点之一,该文将PDCA管理模型的理论基础与信息处实际管理工作相结合,通过构建科学的信息化质控体系,实现医院信息系统各环节全流程闭环管理,最终使各系统的质量持续改进,工作更加科学化、高效化。In the daily work of the hospital information department,effective management of information system and quality control in the construction of information systems are the priorities.Based on the concept of the classic PDCA model in management,and combined with pratical work in medical informationization,research on constructing scientific informationization quality control system to realize the whole process management of the hospital information system,a more scientific and efficient way to enable our information system with continuous quality improvement was achieved.
