运用品管圈改进医院可复性清洁工具处理流程

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动对改进医院可复性清洁工具处理流程的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,选定"改进医院可复性清洁工具处理流程"为活动主题,对活动前影响可复性清洁工具处理的原因进行分析,制定相应的整改措施并组织实施。结果:品管圈管理后,可复性清洁工具合格率比管理前提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用品管圈活动,可以有效提高医院可复性清洁工具处理的合格率,同时使参加该品管圈的人员在运用品管圈的能力及团队合作精神上有所提升,医护人员及患者的感染防控意识也得到显著提高。Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the process of hospital reusable cleaning tools. Methods:Setting up QCC team,selecting the" improvement of hospital reusable cleaning tool processing"as the theme,to analyze the elements of influencing cleaning tools for processing before QCC,to formulate and organize the implementation of corrective measures. Results:After qualified management,the qualified rate of reusable cleaning tools was higher than that before,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of QCC,can effectively improve qualified rate of the hospital recovery cleaning tool processing,at the same time the ability of applying OCC and team spirit of medical staffs could be improved,awareness of medical staff and patients could be significantly improved, which is the infection prevention and controling.
