儿科医师利用病案发表论文情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析病案资料在某三甲儿童专科医院儿科医师发表论文中的利用情况。方法:采用统计描述中构成比的方法,对2009年—2015年儿科医师发表在SCIE、中文核心和统计源期刊上的论文进行统计,分析论文中病案的利用情况。结果:儿科医师利用病案资料发表的临床论文共159篇,占论文总数的64.11%。共调用病案达22 813份。结论:病案利用与论文产出之间呈正相关,但有关多中心、以临床结局为评价终点的随机、对照临床试验以及高质量前瞻性大规模人群队列研究甚少。提示,利用病案发表高质量论文需要儿科医师、学科带头人、医院三方共同努力。Objective:To analyze the application situation of the medical records in the paper publishing of pediatricians in a GradeⅢA childern's hospital. Methods:To conduct analysis on the papers published in SCIE,Chinese Medical Core Journals,Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations by pediatricians from 2009 to 2015 with the application of constituent method in statistical description,and analyzed the application situation of medical records in these papers. Results:Totally 159 papers published by pediatricians had applied medical records materials in the past seven years,and accounted for 64.11%,and 22813 medical records were spplied.Conclusions:There is a positive correlation between the application rate of medical records and articles output on. It is rare on multicenter,randomized controlled clinical trial and prospective population-based cohort study of high quality. Suggested that it needs the joint efforts of pediatricians,clinical academic leaders and hospital in publishing the high quality papers applied the medical records.
