摘　　要：目的:通过了解我国外国医师来华短期行医管理现状,提出完善建议,为卫生行政部门的立法和执法工作提供参考。方法:通过对一起未取得《外国医师短期行医许可证》的韩国医师开展诊疗活动的案例进行回顾分析。结果:发现外国医师来华短期行医的现行管理规定滞后,缺少法律依据、准入门槛过低、部分规定不够明确等问题亟待解决。结论:针对外国医师的准入和监管,构建一个现代化的监管模式,提出对策和建议。Objective:By understanding the status quo of the short-term practice of administering medicine of foreign doctors in China,we put forward some suggestions to improve the legislation and law enforcement of the health administration. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on cases in which clinicians from South Korea who have not obtained the License for Short-term Medical Practitioner for Foreign Doctors. Result:It is found that the current management regulations of foreign doctors visiting China in the short run are lagging behind,the legal basis is lacking,the barriers to entry are too low,some provisions are not clear enough,and other issues are in urgent need of solving. Couclusion:In view of the access and supervision of foreign doctors,a modern regulatory model should be set up to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
