我国竞技体育公共服务制度构建的理论探析

摘　　要：通过梳理已有的相关研究,认为国内学者已经提出并认可了竞技体育公共服务的说法,但研究深度还有待挖掘。依据"零贡献理论"探讨了制度构建的理论必要性,运用新公共服务理论进行辩证分析,认为构建我国竞技体育公共服务制度需考虑三个基本准则:公民需求导向、明晰供给能力、坚持以人为本。通过研究,旨在为我国构建竞技体育公共服务制度构建提供一定理论依据。Through the previous research. It is consider that domestic scholars have put forward and approve the version of competitive sports public service, but the research depth is still more await to excavate. Probe into the theory necessity of institution construction On the basis of “zero contribution thesis”, Analysis of the reality necessity via list the actual cases. Finally discussed the research hypothesis wield the New public service Theories, consider that construct the institution of China competitive sports public service need think over three basic maxims, those include the oriented of citizen demand, recognize their own ability, be sure to provide services in the premise of think highly of every person. This research aimed at supply some theory basis when we construct the institution of China competitive sports public service.
