优秀仰泳运动员徐嘉余技术特征分析

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、个案研究法、数理统计法等研究方法,以2015年世锦赛、2016年奥运会、2017年世锦赛男子100米仰泳决赛前6名运动员为研究对象,分析和阐释我国运动员徐嘉余的技术特征。结论:徐嘉余在出发反应时上占据绝对优势,且发挥稳定;徐嘉余的途中游划幅出众,但划频低于欧美优秀选手;徐嘉余的技术动作经济省力,躯干转动技术运用合理。In this paper, with methods of document literature, case study, and mathematical statistics, the top 6 swimmers of men’s 100m backstroke swimming in 2015 FINA World Championships, 2016 Summer Olympics and 2017 FINA World Championships are taken as research objects to analyze Xu Jiayu’s technical characteristics. Conclusions are as follows： Xu Jiayu has a complete domination in terms of reaction times. Xu Jiayu’s Stroke Length during the intermediate swimming is superior but his stroke rate is lower than the high level＇s European and American swimmers＇. Xu Jiayu’s technical movements are effective and Trunk rotation technique is properly applied.
