异构OA系统高效协同工作方案的研究与设计

摘　　要：要针对业务合作与数据融合背景下的异构OA(Office Automation)系统之间协同工作时的数据交换不畅的难题,提出了一种异构OA系统高效协同工作的设计模型,即基于分发-事件-状态-过程(DESP,Distribute-Event-State-Process)规则的联邦OA模型。该模型由协同管理、分发系统和OA系统群三个主要的部分构成;协同管理部分的功能就是根据业务需要自定义ESP规则与协同工作流,并运行协同工作流以控制OA系统群的协同活动;分发系统被设计为采用一致性哈希作为映射机制用来分发来自不同OA的请求,使得系统更加健壮;OA系统群是异构OA系统的集合,其功能是与协同管理部分进行通信,并负责各个OA系统自身的业务流程。实验结果表明,基于DESP的联邦OA模型可以有效地解决异构OA之间协同工作的难题,并且可以高效地运行。To solve the problem of data exchange when heterogeneous OA systems collaborative work under the background of business cooperation and data fusion,this paper proposed a federal OA model based on DESP rules,this is a design model which heterogeneous OA systems can complete efficient and collaborative jobs together. This model is contained of three parts respectively named coordinated management,distributed system and OA system group. The coordinated management mainly defines ESP rules and coordinate workflows based on business requirement,and runs the coordinate workflows to control the OA systems to work synergistically. The distributed system mainly distributes requests comed from all of the OA system with the mechanism of consistent Hash,makes the system more robust. The OA system group is the set of OA system,its function communicates with the coordinated management and in charge of the business flow of each OA system. The experimental result indicates that the federal OA model based on DESP rules can solve the problems when heterogeneous OA systems work together. The solution is feasible and efficient.
