摘  要:电动汽车的快速发展,在提高能源效率与减少污染的同时,也为电网带来了不可控性。控制电动汽车参与电网调频是解决这一问题的有效途径。提出一种根据实时电价的电动汽车参与电网一次调频的V2G控制策略。用对数函数构建电动汽车电池荷电状态与充/放电下垂系数的关系,再用调频电价信息进行修正。最后,通过仿真实验验证控制策略的有效性,结果表明电动汽车在完成调频任务的同时,也符合电力市场的需求与用户的期望。The rapid development of electric vehicles( EVs) is beneficial to increase the energy utilization and reduce environmental pollution. However,it also brings uncontrollable variable for power grid. The control of EVs to participate in the frequency modulation is an effective way to solve this problem. So,this paper presents a V2 G( Vehicles to grid) control strategy for EVs to take part in the primary frequency regulation based on the real time electricity price. It uses logarithmic function to structure the relationship between the battery state of charge( SOC) and the charge/discharge droop coefficient,then utilizes the frequency regulation price to modify the V2 G power. Finally, the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by the simulation experiments. The results show that EVs can not only complete the frequency modulation task but also satisfy the needs of the electricity market and users' expectations.
