摘 要:大规模电动汽车和风电场的接入加大了电网运行的风险,将对电网备用容量产生影响。考虑电网正负备用容量配置成本,提出电动汽车优化调度策略,旨在降低电网正负备用容量配置,并提高风电利用率。首先,运用模糊聚类算法分析风力出力的不确定性,得出系统差额概率密度函数;然后,基于改进电量不足期望指标(IEENS)和风能浪费风险指标(IEWWR)引入电力系统正负备用配置需求;最后,以用户充放电成本和正负备用成本最小为优化目标,建立电动汽车优化调度模型。仿真计算结果表明,该策略能够有效降低用户充电成本和系统正负备用容量投入成本,提高电网经济运行水平。Access to a large amount of wind powers and EVs will increase the operating risk of the power grid and affect the reserve capacity of the power system. Considering the cost of positive and negative reserve capacity in the power grid,an optimization scheduling strategy of EVs is proposed to reduce the cost of positive and negative reserve capacity and thus to improve the utilization rate of wind power in this paper. Firstly,the uncertainties of wind power output are analyzed to obtain the system differential probability density function graph by fuzzy clustering algorithm.Then,the requirement of positive and negative reserve capacity in the power gird is drawn by the improved expected energy not supplied( IEENS) and improved expected wind waste risk( IEWWR); Finally,taking the minimization of the user charge and discharge cost and positive and negative reserve cost as object,the optimization scheduling model of EVs is established. The Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the strategy on reducing the user charging cost and system positive and negative reserve capacity cost,which improves the economic operation of power grid.
