摘  要:采用问卷调查方法获取用户对网络读书频道体验的相关数据,对样本数据进行分析。研究发现网络读书频道存在的问题有:网络读书频道用户辨识度较低,网络读书频道的收费和下载权限设置有待优化,广告弹窗影响用户体验的满意程度以及个性化定制服务不足等。现提出提高网络读书频道用户辨识度,设置更为优惠合理的收费机制和适度放宽下载权限,技术上实现广告弹窗频率设置以及完善网络读书频道的个性化定制服务等建议。The questionnaire survey method was used for obtaining the user’ relevant data about network reading channel experience. Then the sample data were analyzed. Studies have found that the current problems existing in the network reading channel are follow as lowing in network reading channel user identifcation, needing to optimize the network reading channel charging and download permissions function, advertising popups affecting the user experience and satisfaction ,and the low degree of personalized custom services, etc. Some suggestions have been put forward such as improving the network reading channel user identifcation, setting up more preferential reasonable charging mechanism and moderately relaxed download permissions, setting up advertising popups frequency of by technical implementation and perfecting the personalized custom services of network reading channel, and so on.
