摘  要:现代化社会的不断发展促使人们的工作和学习节奏加快、生活压力增大,也引发了很多睡眠障碍人群的出现,更为严重者出现了睡眠瘫痪,给人们的生活带来了很大的困扰。本文以智能手环为例,利用情感计算的方法探讨了睡眠瘫痪症唤醒设备的设计构想,拟通过对人的皮肤电反应、体温、心率等生理信号的数据采集,利用神经网络对这些生理信号进行分析处理,将处于睡眠瘫痪状态的用户唤醒,期望解决睡眠瘫痪给人们带来的困扰,提高其生活质量。As modern society develops continually, the pace of work and study is quickening,and the pressure of life increasing. Itcauses the emergence of many people with sleep disorders,even a sleep paralysis.It has brought a lot of trouble to people's life.Thispaper takes intelligent bracelet as an example and discusses the design concept of arousal device for sleep paralysis by means ofemotional calculation. The design of arousal device for sleep paralysis is proposed through electrical reaction to human skin and bodytemperature. The data of physiological signals such as heart rate are collected, these physiological signals are analyzed and processedby neural network, and the users in sleep paralysis are awakened to solve the problems caused by sleep paralysis. Thus, their qualityof life quantity could be improved.
