丹参多酚酸盐联合硝酸甘油治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:结合临床经验,探讨硝酸甘油联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效。方法:选取不稳定型心绞痛患者236例,根据随机数字表法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组118例,对照组患者给予常规西医进行治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予丹参多酚酸盐进行联合治疗,观察并对两组患者治疗疗效进行比较,分别记录两组不稳定型心绞痛患者心绞痛发生情况和硝酸甘油用量,并对不良反应进行比较。结果:经过比较,治疗组治疗有效率(95.76%)高于对照组(75.42%),差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者硝酸甘油减停率为89.83%,对照组为73.73%;治疗组患者在3个月内心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、硝酸甘油用量均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的不良反应发生率(4.23%)明显低于对照组(11.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,可以明显减少心绞痛发作次数,并缩短心绞痛持续时间,且患者发生不良反应情况较少。Objective Combined with clinical experience, explore the effect of nitroglycerin combined with Sal-via miltiorrhiza in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods： 236 cases of patients with unstable angina, ac-cording to the stochastic indicator method, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 118 cases ineach group, control group given conventional western medicine treatment, patients with observation group of pa-tients in the control group on the basis of given for combination therapy, observe and to compare the curative effect of two groups of patients, the record of two groups of patients with unstable angina, angina occurrence and the dos-age of nitroglycerin, and carries on the comparison to adverse reactions. Results： After coefficiency of observat ion group （95. 76%＆ was higher than the control group （75. 42%） , and the nificant （P〈 0. 05）. The decrease rate of nitroglycerin in the observation groupwas 89. 83% and the control group was 73. 73%. In t he observa t ion group, t he number of angina pec toris, t he dura t ion of angina pec toris and t he dos-age of nitroglycerin were less than the control group in 3 months （P〈 0. 05）. The incidence of ad23 % ） was significantly lower in the observation group （4. 23 %） than in the control group （1ence was statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The treatment of unstable angina pecombined with salvianolate can significantly shorten the duration of angina pectoris ？ and it is wtients with less adverse reactions.
