百合固金汤联合抗结核西药对肺结核患者IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨百合固金汤联合抗结核西药对肺结核患者IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响。方法:随机选取肺结核患者136例,分为治疗组和对照组,每组68例。对照组给予抗结核西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上继续服用百合固金汤。采用桥联ABC-ELISA夹心法检测组间IL-2,IL-6和TNF-α水平。结果:治疗前后治疗组的IL-2和IL-6水平均有所下降,TNF-α水平有所升高。治疗组患者的IL-2和IL-6水平均低于对照组,而治疗组的TNF-α水平则高于对照组,差异有显著性(均P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤联合西药治疗肺结核有显著的疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis medicine in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:136 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 68 cases in each group.The control group was given anti-tuberculosis treatment.On the basis of treatment in the control group,observation group were treated combined with Baihe Gujin decoction.Bridged ABC-ELISA sandwich method was used to test the level of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α.Results:IL-2 and IL-6 levels were decreased after treatment in the observation group,whereas TNF-αwas decreased than before treatment.IL-2 and IL-6 levels were obviously lowered than the control group,but the level of TNF-αwas higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Baihe Gujin decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis medicine has significant curative effect for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
