肾心康胶囊联合温脾泄浊汤在肾功能衰竭患者中的应用及对炎症因子的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾心康胶囊联合温脾泄浊汤对慢性肾功能衰竭疗效及对炎症因子影响性。方法:选取96例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,按入组顺序随机分成2组,每组48例,对照组常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用肾心康胶囊联合温脾泄浊汤治疗,观察不同方法治疗后在疗效、炎症因子和中医临床症状体征积分变化情况。结果:研究组显效率43.75%、总有效率85.42%,显著优于对照组显效率27.08%、总有效率68.75%(P<0.05);两组治疗末较治疗前SCr、BUN、UA、、IL-6、TNF-α显著下降,Ccr显著升高(P<0.05),研究组治疗末中医临床症状体征积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);以上指标研究组治疗末均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾心康胶囊联合温脾泄浊汤能提高慢性肾功能衰竭疗效,抑制炎症反应。Objective： To investigate the effect of Shenxinkang capsule combined with Wenpi Xiezhuo decoc-tion on chronic renal failure and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods： 96 patients with chronic renal fail-ure were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 48 cases, the control group of conventional western medi-cine treatment, the study group on the basis of the control group plus ShenXiezhuo decoction, to observe the effect of different methods on the curative effect, inflammatorysymptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. Results ： The total effective rate was 85. 75 % , the was 27. 08% and the total effective rate was 68. 75% （P〈0. 05）. The levels of SCr, BUN, UA and ILgroups were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The scores of clinical symptoms andsigns in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Shenxinkang with Wenpi Xiezhuo decoction can improve the curative effect of chronic renal failure and inhibit the inflammatory re-action.
