加味桃红四物汤联合芬吗通在宫腔粘连中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味桃红四物汤联合芬吗通对宫腔粘连的影响性。方法:取124例宫腔粘连患者为研究对象,按入组顺序随机分成两组,每组62例。对照组常规药物治疗,研究组则予加味桃红四物汤联合芬吗通治疗,观察不同方法在疗效、子宫内膜厚度、搏动指数、阻力指数和中医临床症候积分等指标变化情况。结果:疗效上,对照组总有效率74.19%,研究组总有效率90.32%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),除对照组阻力指数治疗前无变化(P>0.05),两组搏动指数、阻力指数、宫腔粘连评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后以上指标水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后月经周期、经期、经量、月经色质、小腹胀痛、腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣积分上均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组治疗后以上指标水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味桃红四物汤联合芬吗通能改善宫腔粘连程度,增强疗效,提高生活质量。Objective： To explore the influence of Jiawii Taohong Siwu decoction and Femoston on intrauter-ine adhesions. Methods： 124 cases of intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into 2 groups （n=control group,the treatment group was treated withTaohong Siwu decoction andFemoston to observe the changes of curative effect,endometrial thickness,pulsatility index, resistance index and TCM syndrome score in different methods. Results： The total effective rate was 74. 19% in the control group and 90. 32% in the study group. The study group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0 . 05）. The thickness of the endometrium was significantly higher in the two groups than before treatment （2〈0. 05）. The scores of the pulsatility indand the intrauterine adhesions in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the 05）. The menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual color,abdominal pain,Yaoxisuan and dizzwere significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0. 05）. The study group after treanificantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified TaohongSiwudecoction combined with Femoston can improve the degree of intrauterine adhesions, enhance the curative effect and improve the life.
