摘  要:目的:统计不同产地黄芪中的黄芪总皂苷含量并进行对比分析。方法:以我国八个不同产地的蒙古黄芪与膜荚黄芪作为研究样本,对比两个品种黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量;对比不同种植方式黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量;对比不同产地黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量;对比不同产地蒙古黄芪、膜荚黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量。结果:内蒙古产黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量最高,为(22.95±1.17)mg/g,吉林产黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量最低,为(18.12±0.59)mg/g,不同产地黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量可见明显差异(P<0.05)。蒙古黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量为(21.24±1.06)mg/g,膜荚黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量为(19.01±0.87)mg/g(P<0.05)。野生黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量高于人工种植黄芪(P<0.05);不同产地内蒙黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量可见统计学差异(P<0.05);不同产地膜荚黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量可见统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:不同产地黄芪的黄芪总皂苷含量具有明确差异性,临床应用中应给予足够重视,根据产地、品种、种植方式等修正方剂中黄芪用量。Objective: To compare and analyze the content of total Astragalus saponins in Astragalus mem-branaceus from different habitats. Methods: In eight different areas in China and mongolia Astrceus as research samples, compare two varieties of radix Astragalus total saponin content; the content of total sapo-nins of Astragalus membranaceus compared with different planting patterns; comparison of content of total saponinof radix astragaii from different habitats; the content of total saponins of Astragalus, comparison of diffemongolia film pod of huangqi. Results : The total content of total saponins of Astragalus membranaceumongoliawas (22. 95±1. 17) mg/g,and the lowest content of total saponins ofAstragalus in Jilinwas (18. 12土0. 59) mg/g, and the content of total saponins in Astragalus membranaceus from different habitats was obviously dif-ferent(P〈 0. 05). The content of total saponins of Astragalusmembranaceus in mongoliawas (21.and the content of total saponins in Astragalus membranaceuswas(19. 01 土0. 87) mg/g(P〈0. 05) ; The content of total Astragalus saponins in wild Astragalus membranaceus was higher than that of artificial planting Astragalusmembranaceus( P〈0. 05); the content of total saponins in Astragalus membranaceus fromner Mongolia was statistically significant(P〈0. 05) ; the content of total saponins of Astragalus membranaceus from different habitats was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The content of total saponins in Astragalus membranaceus from different habitats has definite difference,which should be paid enough attention in clinical appli-cation, and the dosage of Radix Astragali should be modified according to the origin,variety and planting mode.
