摘　　要：颈椎间盘退行性病理改变引起脊髓神经病变,主要由异常的应力状态,炎性因子的参与,基质蛋白多糖的改变,导致细胞凋亡等诸多因素形成。在中医学认为,该病属中医的"痹证"范畴。中医辨证主要为肝肾虚损、风寒湿痹两大方面,是颈椎间盘退行性变的病理基础。文章总结近10年中医药治疗此疾病的基础研究文献,发现中医药可以抑制椎间盘内炎性因子的产生,调节退变椎间盘的胶原及蛋白多糖的表达、抑制细胞的坏死凋亡、调控细胞外基质酶系统的活性,在颈椎病的保守治疗方面显示出了独特的优势。相信随着未来中医药在防治颈椎病方面必将发挥更大作用。Objective： The degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc leads to spinal cord neuropathy, whichis mainly caused by the abnormal stress state, the participation of inflammatory factteoglycan, and the apoptosis. In Chinese medicine, this disease belongs to Chinese medicine ＂arthromyodynia＂ cate-gory. TCM syndrome differentiation mainly includes two aspects： deficiency of liver and kidney, wind cold damp-ness arthralgia, which is the pathological basis of degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc. The Chinese medicine treatment of this disease, nearly 10 years of basic research literature, found that Chinese medicine can inhibit theproduction of inflammatory cytokines in the intervertebral disc degeneration of intervertebral disc, regulation of col-lagen and proteoglycan expression, inhibit cell necrosis and apoptosis, regulation of extracellular matrix enzyme sys-tem activity, in terms of conservative treatment of cervical spondylosis show a unique advantage.
