摘 要:周围神经损伤临床常见,其造成的功能障碍给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担,如何有效提高神经损伤修复的效果一直是研究的热点。近年来,低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)对于周围神经损伤修复的影响引起了广大学者的重视。HIF-1α可以促进损伤神经元的血管内皮生长因子、促红细胞生成素、热激蛋白的表达,发挥促进神经再生营养因子产生和抗细胞凋亡的作用。同时,HIF-1α也通过诱导促凋亡基因的转录表达、促进氧自由基的产生以及影响血脑屏障的通透性而诱导神经元细胞凋亡。低氧预适应和后处理的方法已经用于脑卒中的预防和早期干预。Peripheral nerve injury,a common clinical situation,the dysfunction caused by which brings a heavy burden to the family and society. How to effectively promote the repair of nerve injury effect has been a hot research spot. In recent years,the effect of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α( HIF-1α) on the repair of peripheral nerve injury has attracted the attention of a lot of scholars. HIF-1α can promote the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor,erythropoietin and heat shock protein in injured neurons,and play a role in promoting the production of neurotrophic factors and anti-apoptosis. At the same time,HIF-1α can also induce neuronal apoptosis by inducing the transcriptional expression of pro-apoptotic genes,promoting the production of oxygen free radicals and affecting the permeability of blood-brain barrier. Hypoxic pre-conditioning and post-conditioning methods have been used for the prevention and early intervention of stroke.
