摘  要:里约奥运美国大学生运动员的辉煌战绩成为媒体和人们关注的对象,对美国竞技体育体教结合的成功经验进行了探讨,认为体育育人与教育优先的理念,多维强劲的竞技体育发展动力,严格的学生运动员文化入口把关,完备的学校竞技体育规约制度,成熟的高校赛事体系,有效的运动人才激励保障措施是促成美国体教结合机制成功的重要因素。基于对美国经验的思考,提出我国高校竞技体育教体结合的发展应建立"以生为本"的竞技体育发展观,打破我国竞技人才培养"专业化"体系,培育高校发展竞技体育的动力机制,强化高校发展竞技体育的制度建设等突破路径。The brilliant achievements of the American college students’ athletes in the Rio Olympic Games have become the objectof media and people’s attention. The successful experience of the combination of sports and sports in the United States has beendiscussed. It is believed that the concept of sports education and education priority, multi-dimensional and strong competitive sportsdevelopment , Strict student athletes cultural entrance check, complete school sports sports protocol system, mature college eventsystem, effective sports talent incentive measures is to promote the integration of American sports and education mechanism of theimportant factors. Based on the experience of the United States, the development of competitive sports teaching and learning in Chinashould establish the concept of“ taking students as the” competitive sports development, break the training system of“ competitive”and cultivate the dynamic mechanism of competitive sports in colleges and universities, Strengthening the Development of CompetitiveSports System in Colleges and Universities.
