论美国职业体育管理法制化、结构扁平化、经营商业化特点及其启示

摘　　要：美国是当今世界职业体育最为发达的国家。采取文献研究、比较分析等方法,回顾了美国职业体育的发展背景与过程,系统总结了美国职业体育组织结构扁平化、科学化,运行管理法治化自律化,经营模式商业化、产业化的发展特点,进而促进我国职业体育又好又快发展,应建构扁平化的职业体育组织架构,建立完善的职业体育法律保障体系,创新商业化的职业体育经营模式。The United States is the most developed country in professional sports in the world. This paper reviews the backgroundand process of American professional sports by means of literature research and comparative analysis, it systematically summarizesthe characteristics of American professional sports development. Mainly： the organizational structure is flat and scientific,Operationmanagement is ruled by law and self disciplined,Management mode commercialization and industrialization.The developmentcharacteristics of American professional sports tell us： to promote the sound and fast development of professional sports in ourcountry, we should： construct a flat structure of professional sports organizations,set up a perfect legal guarantee system of professionalsports,innovative and commercialized mode of professional sports management.
