他山之石:美国社会体育指导员的培养模式的启示与借鉴

摘　　要：美国国家体能训练师协会(NATA)在培养社会体育指导员上已经拥有了50年的发展经验,对社会体育指导员的培训也形成了科学体系,其采用:1.准确的社会体育指导员培训方向定位;2.积极与国家相关部门的进行交流合作服务;3.多途径多方式的运营资金吸收;4.构建"培训—社会"的人才培养输送机制等方针,为美国社会输送了一批专业素质水平高的社会体育指导员,对我国的社会体育指导员培养有较为重要的参考价值。据此,经研究得出以下启示:(1)完善社会体育指导员的培养及认证模式,构建符合中国社会实际的认证体系;(2)重视社会体育指导员的专业性与实用性,促使社会体育指导员的就业与技能对口;(3)建立社会体育指导员的监管交流模式,行业内部形成奖惩机制。The National Association of Physical Trainers（ NATA） has 50 years of experience in the development of social sportsinstructors. The training of social sports instructors has also formed a scientific system. It adopts： 1.accurate social sports instructortraining orientation; 2.actively with the relevant departments of the country to carry out exchanges and cooperation services ;3.multiwaymulti-way operating funds to absorb ; 4.to build“training - social”personnel training and transportation mechanisms and otherprinciples for the American society to transport a group of high professional quality Social sports instructors, the training of socialsports instructors in China has a more important reference value, accordingly, to make relevant research, come to 1） improve thesocial sports instructor training, certification model, to build in line with the actual social certification system; 2） pay attention to theprofessionalism and practicality of social sports instructors, and promote the employment and skills of the social sports instructors;3）the establishment of social sports instructors of the regulatory exchange model, the formation of reward and punishment mechanismwithin the industry, such as China to improve the social sports instructor training model of the revelation of the social sports instructorsof the professional and practical, to promote social sports instructors employment and skills counterparts.
