四川省四大类型县域经济综合竞争力评价与比较

摘　　要：文章从五个方面包括规模、结构、速度效率、民生、基础竞争力出发,构建了县域经济综合竞争力评价指标体系,并选用主成分分析法(PCA)对四川省按自然条件划分的四大类型县域经济综合竞争力进行了实证评价分析。结果表明:(1)县域经济综合竞争力在四大自然类型县域间差异悬殊。平原县具有绝对优势;丘陵县处于中间层次;盆周山区县次之;民族县最弱。反映出县域经济综合竞争力对自然环境、区位等因素的强依赖性和相关性。(2)在分量竞争力上,平原县在规模和结构竞争力上的优势尤为突出;丘陵县在民生竞争力上表现较弱,处于末位;盆周山区县在速度与效率竞争力方面优势明显;民族县在民生竞争力上优势显著。最后,尝试提出不同类型县域经济综合竞争力的提升对策。The evaluation index system about comprehensive competitiveness of county economy was built from the 5 aspects including economy scale and structure,development speed and foundation,people's livelihood,and the comprehensive competitiveness of county economy of four types in Sichuan Province was evaluated applying principal component analysis( PCA). The results show that: 1) the comprehensive competitiveness of county economy has great disparity among the counties of four natural types,the plain counties taking on absolute advantages,hilly counties being in the middle level,mountain counties occupying third,counties in minority areas being the weakest,which reflects the strong dependence and relevance of the comprehensive competitiveness of county economy on its natural environment,location and other factors. 2) Among the components of competitiveness,the plain counties have prominent advantage on the scale and structure; the hill counties are the weakest in people's livelihood; mountain counties have obvious advantage in development speed; the advantage is apparent for the counties in minority areas in the people's livelihood. The countermeasures are put forward to improve the economic comprehensive competitiveness of the four type counties.
