高校创业型勤工助学模式及其资助育人功能研究

摘　　要：勤工助学作为高校资助的重要形式之一,发挥着"资助"与"育人"相结合的功能。然而,目前传统勤工助学模式存在诸多不足。本文介绍了一种基于COOOF运营模式的新型勤工助学模式——创业型勤工助学模式,并从组织结构、特点、运营实例角度进行了介绍,最后对勤工助学的研究现状进行了讨论。Work-study program is one of the key student aid programs in colleges,and it plays a role of both financial support and education. Nevertheless,there are many problems in the traditional work-study program for the time being. In this article,we introduce a new work-study program,entrepreneurial work-study program based on COOOF operation model. The organization structure,features and examples of entrepreneurial work-study program are introduced to show how it works. The current studies of college work-study programs are also put forward.
