气象数据应用服务系统的研究

摘　　要：目前随着气象行业技术的发展,积累的气象资料快速增长,如何利用丰富的气象数据进行统计分析,并将结果可视化,为用户直观、高效地提供气象数据服务,是一个重要课题。针对这一需求问题,基于全国综合气象信息共享系统的气象数据统一服务接口,设计和开发了气象数据服务系统。在描述了系统的开发背景、系统总体构架、功能设计后,详细介绍了系统开发过程中主要的实现技术,包括Web Services服务技术、消息中间件技术、基于HTML5的Web GIS技术等。应用结果表明,该系统具有良好的数据服务能力,为决策服务提供了可靠的数据依据。At present, with the development of meteorological industry technology and the rapid growth of accumulated meteorological data,it has become an important topic that how to provide meteorological data service directly and effectively by analyzing the abundant meteorological data and visualizing the result. Thus,the meteorological data service system is designed and developed based on meteorological data unified service interface of China Integrated Meteorological Information Sharing System. After describing the development background of the system,the overall system architecture, functional design, the main implementation technology in the system development process,including the Web Services service technology,middleware technology and Web GIS Technology based on HTML5 is introduced in detail. The application results show that the system has a good ability of data service,and provides reliable data basis for decision service.
