摘　　要：通过收集、整理江西省多源、多时相、多尺度的遥感影像数据,提出了遥感与GIS一体化设计的理念,采用SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture,面向服务的架构)体系架构,在解决影像实时处理与分析、海量遥感影像镶嵌等关键技术的基础上,设计建立了海量遥感影像数据库,已形成一个比较完善的集数据管理、共享发布和应用服务为一体化的管理平台,将最大限度地发挥影像数据使用的潜在价值,为进一步开展江西省流域科学考察提供了基本的数据保障,也为江西省生态文明示范区建设提供重要的科技支撑。By collecting, sorting multisource in Jiangxi province, long phase, the multiscale remotesensing image data, remote sensing and GIS integrated design idea,adopting SOA architecture, indealing with realtime image processing and analysis, the critical mass remote sensing image Mosaictechnology, on the basis of design to build a mass （ TB）remote sensing image database, formed a relatively complete set of data management, sharing and application services for the integration of themanagement platform, maximize the potential value of the image data to use, In order to further develop river basin in Jiangxi province scientific research provides the basic data security, and to providea significant role in the ecological civilization demonstration area construction in Jiangxi province science and technology support.
