摘  要:为了探究粉煤灰掺量对铁尾砂充填材料性能的影响,通过对正交试验样本的极差分析得到粉煤灰掺量的最优配比,并基于最优配比,采用单一变量法,研究不同粉煤灰掺量对试样的抗压强度和水化产物的影响,分析了粉煤灰掺量对充填材料力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,粉煤灰掺量对试样的力学性能影响显著,随着粉煤灰掺量的提高,试样的早期抗压强度逐渐降低,而后期抗压强度逐渐升高;随着粉煤灰掺量的提高,试样水化产物中的钙矾石和水铝钙石的丘状峰逐渐明显,氢氧钙石和石英的衍射峰逐渐减弱,说明在水化反应中,钙矾石和水铝钙石的生成以及氢氧钙石和石英的消耗为材料提供了强度来源。In order to find the effect of fly ash content on properties of backfilling materials prepared with iron tailings,some material samples were made,and the optimal ratio of fly ash content was obtained by a range analysis of orthogonal test. Based on the optimal ratio and single variable method,the effects of different fly ash content on the compressive strength and hydration products of all samples were studied,and the influence of fly ash content on the mechanical properties of allsamples were analyzed. The results show that fly ash content has a significant impact on the mechanical properties of all samples. With content of fly ash increasing,the early compressive strength gradually reduces,while the late compressive strength gradually increases; with content of fly ash increasing,ridge peaks of ettringite and alcalosilicite gradually emerge,while diffraction peaks of calcium hydroxide and quartz gradually disappear. That is to say,in reaction of hydration,both occurrence of ettringite and alcalosilicite and consumption of calcium hydroxide and quartz contribute to strength of materials.
