摘  要:为研究橡胶沥青应力吸收层(AR-SAMI)的力学性能,应用半圆弯拉、直接拉伸、剪切、压缩试验,通过在不同试验条件下进行四种力学试验,分析温度、速率对破坏荷载的作用;抗裂试验是应用J积分理论对抗裂性能进行评价,分别通过设置不同预切缝深度的SCB试件进行半圆弯拉试验,分析断裂韧度JC随试验温度的变化。研究结果表明:SCB试件破坏荷载随加载速率上升而变大,随温度上升而下降。当试验温度比试件的脆化温度低,试件断裂韧度JC与温度呈正相关。其他三种试验所对应试件的拉伸劲度、剪切应力和抗压强度均随温度的上升而降低;此外,运用ABAQUS软件来模拟分析SCB抗裂试验,分别研究AR-SAMI不同弹性模量对其最大破坏荷载影响和材料的断裂韧度受温度影响变化规律,最后和试验相对比,以便更准确地分析AR-SAMI的抗裂性能。In order to study the mechanical performance of asphalt rubber stress-absorbing membrane interlayer(AR-SAMI),semicircle bending,direct tension,shear and compression tests are carried out. Through four kinds of mechanical experiments under different conditions,the effect of temperature and loading rate on failure load is analyzed. J integral theory is used to evaluate crack resistance in the SCB crack test. By setting the SCB specimen with different depths of pre-cut seam respectively to carry out the semicircle bending experiment,the variation of fracture toughness JC with temperature in experiment can be analyzed. The results show that the failure load of SCB specimen increases with the rising of the loading rate and decreases with the falling of temperature;that,as the temperature of experiment is lower than brittle temperature of the specimen,fracture toughness JCof the specimen is positively correlated with the temperature; that tension stiffness,shearing stress and compressive strength of the specimen in the other three experiments decrease with the increase in temperature. Besides,ABAQUS software is used to simulate the SCB anti-cracking experiment which studies the influence of different elastic modulus of AR-SAMI on its maximum failure load and the relation between fracture toughness and temperature. Compared with the experiment,the crack resistance of AR-SAMI is analyzed in a more accurate way.
