摘 要:为研究深埋岩体相似材料影响因素的显著性,以确定相似材料配比的多元回归方程,采取正交试验方法,选取传统相似材料配比方案中砂胶比(A)、胶结材料石灰含量(B)、胶结材料石膏含量(C)和云母含量(D)为试验因素,同时设置空列为误差列以考虑试验误差的影响,通过单轴抗压和直剪试验等物理试验得到试件的内摩擦角、抗压强度、抗拉强度和粘聚力等物理力学指标,通过极差法求出各因素各水平均值极差,通过分析得出影响规律,即随着试验因素胶结材料(B)的石灰含量增大,相似材料内摩擦角、粘聚力、抗拉强度和抗压强度显著增大,而随着因素砂胶比(A)的减少,相似材料密度与内摩擦角显著减小。通过方差法将各因素影响参数大小进行量化,获得了各因素影响参数贡献率,其中,试验因素胶结材料中的石灰含量(B)对试件内摩擦角、抗拉强度、抗压强度和粘聚力影响贡献率最大,依次为59.1%、53.7%、53.4%和48.3%,表明试验因素胶结材料中的石灰含量(B)对试件内摩擦角、抗拉强度、抗压强度和粘聚力起到主要控制作用,而试验因素砂胶比(A)对试件的密度和粘聚力影响贡献率最大,依次为77.4%和42.0%,表明试验因素砂胶比(A)对试件的密度和粘聚力起到显著控制作用。最后根据各因素对相似材料力学参数影响的贡献率,选取具有显著控制作用的影响因素进行多元回归分析,得到了可用于试验配比的多元回归方程。In order to study the influence of similar materials on deep rock mass,a multiple regression equation of similar material ratio was established. A orthogonal test was used to determine sand binder ratio(A),cement lime content(B),content of gypsum cementitious materials(C)and content of mica(D),and an empty column was set as error column to consider the impact of experimental error. The physical and mechanical indexes such as internal friction angle,compressive strength,tensile strength and cohesion were obtained by physical tests such as uniaxial compression test and direct shear test. Through the use of range method,the range of each factor is found. The analysis results show that,with the increase of lime content in the cement material(B),the internal friction angle,cohesion,tensile strength and compressive strength increase significantly,With the decrease of factor(A),the similar material density and internal friction angle decrease significantly. The Variance method is used to quantify the influence of various factors on the parameter size,and the contribution of each factor is obtained. The content of lime(B) in the cement material affected the internal friction angle,tensile strength,compressive strength and cohesive strength of the specimens by 59. 1%,53. 7%,53. 4% and 48. 3%,respectively. It is shown that the lime content(B) in the cement material plays a major role in controlling the internal friction angle,tensile strength,compressive strength and cohesion of the specimens. However,the ratio of sand and mortar(A) has most contribution rates to the density and cohesion of the specimens,which are respectively 77. 4% and 42. 0%. Therefore,the ratio of sand and mortar(A) plays a major role in controlling the density and cohesion of the specimens.
