摘　　要：我国制造业飞速发展得益于充分发挥国内劳动力资源低成本的优势,但时至今日,该优势已渐趋消失,德国有工业4.0,美国有工业互联网,日本有精益制造,我国制造业转型升级任务势在必行,大力推进自主创新,继续承接国际产业转移。针对现阶段老旧的成型机设备,进行了提高生产效率、品质提升、降低劳动力、节能降耗和本质安全五方面系统的升级改造,使成型机设备更符合公司的可持续发展。The rapid development of manufacturing industry in China has benefited from low cost of labor resources. However, up to now, compared with Industry 4.0 of Germany, Industrial Internet of United States, Lean Manufacturing of Japan ,this advantage weakens continually. China’s manufacturing industry has to give impetus to transformation and upgrading, especially the independent innovation. In this paper, the upgrade and transformation of production efficiency, quality, labor productivity, energy saving and intrinsic safety for traditional building machine have been made to help with the company＇s sustainable development.
