摘 要:为了改进搬运小车夹持机构,提升其工作强度和寿命,设计了新式夹持臂。通过对夹持臂受力分析,计算得到夹持臂应力分布图和最大扰度。再运用ANSYS Workbench软件对夹持臂进行有限元分析,结果表明夹持臂性能优越,夹持臂应变最大0.69mm、应力217.87MPa和可以搬运车辆111470次。In order to improve the gripping mechanism of the moving car, and to improve its working strength and life, a new clamping arm was designed. Through the force analysis of the gripper arm, the stress distribution diagram and the maximum disturbance of the clamping arm are calculated. Then the finite element analysis of the clamping arm is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software. The results show that the clamping arm has excellent performance, the maximum strain of the clamping arm is 0.69mm, the stress 217.87MPa and the vehicle can be transported 111470 times.
