摘  要:以密闭鼓风炉炼锌、铅系统中的精馏塔和熔铅锅为例,介绍了以天然气替代恩德炉煤气的改造实践,对改造过程中遇到的问题,指出了相应的解决方法。同时对常规固定式燃烧方案和喷射式移动方案进行了比较,并在改造过程中,为进一步降低天然气消耗,开展了天然气与鼓风炉自产的低热值煤气混合燃烧的探索。The rectifying tower and lead melting pot in the closed blast furnace for zinc smelting and lead smelting system was taken as an example,the practice of replacing Ender furnace gas with natural gas and the problems encountered in the process of transformation were introduced.At the same time,the conventional fixed combustion scheme and the injection moving scheme are compared,and in order to further reduce the natural gas consumption in the process of revamping.The mixed combustion of natural gas and low calorific value gas produced by blast furnace is explored.
