摘  要:干旱是制约玉米产业发展的重要的非生物因素,选育抗旱玉米品种是减少干旱带来的损失最为经济有效的途径,解析玉米自交系农艺性状、生理生化性状与抗旱性关系为玉米抗旱自交系筛选及抗旱品种选育提供理论基础。试验将30个玉米自交系材料种植于遮雨棚和大田,将两个条件下的6个主要农艺性状和5个生理生化性状与其抗旱指数的关联度进行分析和评价。结果表明:农艺性状、生理生化性状与抗旱指数的关联度大小依次为:百粒重(0.803)、穗粗(0.794)、穗长(0.785)、CAT(0.784)、叶绿素含量(0.780)、游离脯氨酸含量(0.776)、丙二醛(0.734)、SOD(0.730)、穗位高(0.726)、株高(0.687)、茎粗(0.672);依据各品种的加权抗旱指数对参试自交系进行了聚类分析,表明:试验材料中较抗旱的自交系有93-8-1、1572、郑58、Mo17、WK858、海9-21、3182A等。研究结果表明:与抗旱指数关联度最大的是和产量相关的百粒重、穗粗、穗长等农艺性状,它们在玉米自交系受到干旱胁迫时所受的影响最大,与自交系抗旱性关系最为密切。Drought is one of the most important abiotic factors which restricts the development of maize industry, maize breeding for drought resistance is the economic and effective way to resolve this problem, analysis on drought resistance of maize inbred lines related to agronomic traits and physi-biochemical traits will provide a theoretical basis for drought resistance inbred lines screening and drought resistance breeding of Maize. In the test, 30 maize inbred lines were planted in the field and under a canopy, grey relational analysis on drought resistance indexes related to 6 main agronomic traits and 5 physi-biochemical traits was carried out. The results showed that the relational degree of drought resistance related to agronomic and physi-biochemical traits were as follows: 100 kernel weight(0.803), ear diameter(0.794), ear length(0.785),content of CAT(0.784), content of chlorophyll(0.780), content of free proline(0.776), malondialdehyde(0.734), SOD(0.730),ear height(0.726), plant height(0.687) and stem diameter(0.672). Cluster analysis on tested inbred lines based on weighted drought resistance index of each strain was carried out. The results showed that the inbred lines of 93-8-1, 1572, Zheng58, Mo17, WK858, Hai 9-21, 3182 A and so on had the stronger drought resistance among the 30 tested materials. The results showed that 100 kernel weight, ear diameter and ear length had the most significant correlation with drought resistance index, which were most affected by drought stress in maize inbred lines and most closely related to drought resistance of inbred lines.
