摘 要:[目的]探究贵州省遵义市主要烟区烟草中重金属含量及来源。[方法]对遵义市遵义县、凤冈县、余庆县代表性植烟区烟苗、烟叶中8种重金属Cu、Cr、Zn、As、Ni、Cd、Pb和Hg含量和来源进行了分析。[结果]烟苗中8种重金属含量由高到低依次为Cu、Cr、Zn、As、Ni、Pb、Cd、Hg,烟叶中由高到低依次为Zn、Cu、Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb、As、Hg。聚类分析结果显示,烟苗重金属和烟叶重金属来源相似。[结论]烟苗中大部分重金属含量高于烟叶样品。烟苗和烟叶中重金属的来源与工业活动、农业活动和大气沉降有关。[Objective]To study the content and source of heavy metals in tobacco in main tobacco areas of Zunyi,Guizhou.[Method]The concentrations and main sources of heavy metals( Cu,Cr,Zn,As,Ni,Cd,Pb,Hg) in tobacco seedlings and leaves were analyzed in Zunyi,Fenggang and Yuqing.[Result]The average concentration of heavy metals in tobacco seedlings represented the next decreasing order was Cu,Cr,Zn,As,Ni,Pb,Cd,Hg,respectively. The average concentration of heavy metals in tobacco leaves represented the next decreasing order was Zn,Cu,Cr,Ni,Cd,Pb,As,Hg,respectively. Cluster analysis showed that the sources of heavy metal in tobacco seedlings and leaves were similar. [Conclusion]The content of most heavy metals in tobacco seedlings was higher than that of tobacco leaves. Heavy metals in tobacco seedlings and leaves related to industral and agricultural activity as well as atmospheric deposition.
