迭部县生态系统服务价值评价·管理与开发研究

摘　　要：以甘肃省迭部县为例,根据实测数据和有关调查资料,采用直接市场评价法等对生态系统服务价值进行了评价。结果表明,迭部县生态系统碳储量丰富,约占全国陆地生态系统碳储量的0.2%。2016年全县生态系统服务总价值为115.31亿元,是当年GDP的10.16倍。另外,迭部县生态资产负债率低于10%,远小于国际上40%~50%的警戒线水平。建议迭部县做好扎尕那﹑老龙沟等地的景观、生物多样性保护和建设,真正把生态系统服务优势转化为经济优势。Using the direct market evaluation method etc.,we evaluated the ecosystem service value based on the observed and the related survey data. The results showed that the carbon storage of ecological system in Diebu county is rich,accounting for 0. 2% of the national terrestrial ecosystem carbon storage. In 2016,the total value of ecosystem services in this county was 11. 531 billion yuan,which was 10. 16 times that of GDP. In addition,the ecological asset-liability ratio in Diebu County was below 10%,which was far lower than that of 40%-50% of the international alert level. It is suggested that the government in Diebu County should do well in the protection and construction of landscape,biological diversity,such as in Zagana,Laolonggou,etc.,and truly transform the advantages of ecosystem services into economic advantages.
