摘　　要：为进一步推进现代高等农业院校人才培养模式的改革,满足现代社会对人才的迫切需要,寻求一条合适的创新型人才培养模式是目前急需解决的问题。根据当前高等院校对大学生创新能力培养的现状,以河北北方学院动物医学专业教学与实践深度融合培养创新型人才的探索与实践以及获得的效果进行了论述,旨在为我国高校创新型人才的培养提供依据和借鉴。In order to promote the reform of the model of talents training in modern agricultural colleges and meet the demand under the new situation,it is urgently need to find a suitable innovative talents training model. According to the current situation of the cultivation of students' innovative ability in universities,this paper discussed the exploration and practice of cultivating innovative talents with the deep integration of teaching and practice and the effects which have obtained in the veterinary medicine of Hebei North University,and in the hope of providing basis and reference to the model of the innovative talents training in colleges and universities in China.
