摘　　要：本文简单地介绍了甚高频全向信标发射系统的原理及特征,并且根据VOR信号频谱特点,给出了行之有效的监测方法。这将为无线电管理部门掌握VOR信号特征及正确的监测方法提供技术支持,进而为民航飞机的安全提供一定的保障。This paper briefy introduces the principle and characteristics of VHF omni-directional range （VOR）, and presents en effective monitoring method based on the VOR signal spectrum characteristics. This will provide technical support for radio management department to grasp VOR signal characteristics and the correct monitoring methods, which will guarantee for the safely of civil aircraft.
