大型客车怠速进气噪声控制研究

摘　　要：目前公路客车多采用侧置进气布置,怠速时人耳高度位置容易听到一种类似打鼓的声音。本文通过频谱分析确定噪声源,应用CAE计算传递损失,在空压机进气管上设计扩张型消声器,降低进气噪声,解决了打鼓声问题。At present, most of the large coaches apply the side intake system. When the coach is idling, the noise like drumming is apt to be heard at the human-ear height position. In this paper, the authors deter-mine the noise source by spectrum analysis, calculate the transmission loss by CAE,and design an expan-sion silencer on the air compressor inlet pipe. The result is that the intake noise is reduced and noise like drumming is disappeared.
