摘　　要：阐述利用聚合物基PTC复合材料自限温伴热带的特殊性能,选择合理功率的PTC电加热单元,使用Creo3.0三维设计软件完成某客车成型尿素管路的结构开发,并进行加热效果验证。The paper introduces the special performance of the self-limiting heating cables of material by u-sing polymer PTC, selects the reasonable power for PTC electrical heating element, develops the structure of a coach forming urea pipeline by using Creo3. 0 3D design software, and does the heating effect test for the verification.
