摘　　要：医疗卫生信息公开政策是政府信息公开政策体系的必要组成内容。在分析医疗卫生信息公开政策研究背景基础上探讨了医疗卫生信息公开政策内涵,界定了医疗卫生信息公开政策研究对象,从静态和动态两个层面分析了医疗卫生信息公开政策研究内容,并初步构建了面向"对象——内容"的医疗卫生信息公开政策基本研究框架。系统分析了医疗卫生信息公开政策制定协同动力因素,并提出了医疗卫生信息公开政策制定协同动力模型。Medical and health information disclosure policy is the essential component of the government's information disclosure policy system. Firstly,this paper discussed connotation of medical and health information disclosure policy based on the analysis of the research background of it. Secondly,the article defined the research object of the medical and health information disclosure policy,and structure research content framework of it from static and dynamic two levels. Followed,this paper preliminarily constructed the basic research framework of medical and health information disclosure policy for "object-content". Finally,this paper analyzed the synergistic dynamic factors of the medical and health information disclosure policy,and put forward the synergistic dynamic model of it.
