摘 要:根据77 m秋刀鱼/鱿鱼钓船的特定作业工况进行了油改气的LNG储罐设计。综合考虑国际油气价格、船舶空间、船舶稳性等因素,对油改气后LNG储罐容量、内压容器、外压容器、绝热结构以及支撑结构进行了详尽设计。依据压力容器规范与船舶规范对设计储罐强度与稳定性作了严谨细致的计算与分析。结合中国船级社《天然气燃料动力船舶规范》将储罐模拟布置在母型船上,对远洋渔船油改气的LNG储罐提供了设计方案。Under the horn of "Energy saving and emission reduction, Build green fishing vessel", This paper makes a research about LNG tank design of oil-to-gas design for 77 m saury squid fishing vessel according to its work condition. Paper conducted design of LNG storage tank volume, internal pressure vessel, external vessel,insulated vessel and support structure in detail, which considered the prices of LNG, ship space and stability etc.According to pressure equipment regulations and ship's particular, the paper made a calculation and analysis in strength and stability of tank. Finally, arrange the storage tank in parent ship using method of analogy in accordance with"Rules for Natural Gas Fuelled Ships", paper make a design technique and contribution to oil to gas of ocean-going fishing vessel.
