欢肤草本乳膏涂于3M敷贴上治疗PICC相关性皮炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨欢肤草本乳膏治疗经PICC置管后局部相关性皮炎的效果。方法对24例实施PICC置管后局部皮肤相关性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和实验组:对照组不用3 M透明防水敷贴,改为敷料qod换药,实验组:仍使用3 M透明防水敷贴,在贴膜上外涂欢肤草木乳膏,结果显示实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(p<0.05),对照组应用欢肤草木乳膏在3 M透明敷贴外涂患处,1次/d,观察治疗效果。结果 12例患者在治疗后过敏性皮炎均得到有效缓解,治疗时间为3 d^2 w,治愈率为100%。结论 PICC相关性皮炎患者在固定导管的3 M透明敷贴外涂欢肤草木乳膏疗效显著。Purpose To discuss on the curative effect of Huanfu Herbal Cream on local associated dermatitis after PICC catheterization. Method 24 patients of local associated dermatitis after PICC catheterization are divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly. The patients in the control group are conducted with prescription change with surgical dressing qod instead of 3M transparent waterproof sticker. The patients in the experimental group are conducted with the 3M transparent waterproof sticker, on which Huanfu Herbal Cream is applied. According to the results, the curative effect on the patients in the experimental group is significantly better than that in the control group(p<0.05). The patients in the control group are applied with Huanfu Herbal Cream on the 3M transparent sticker once per day, to observe the curative effect. Results The 12 patients are significantly relieved on allergic dermatitis after treatment, with the treatment time of 3d-2w and the curative ratio of 100%. Conclusion The Huanfu Herbal Cream applied on the 3M transparent sticker used for catheter fixation gives rise to effective curative effect on patients of PICC associated dermatitis.
