基于科学知识图谱的公立医院公益性研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析国内公立医院公益性研究的现状,为进一步开展研究提供参考。方法以"中国知网"为文献数据来源,检索式为:主题="公益性"and"公立医院",发表时间=不限,数据检索及下载结束时间为2017-03-24。借助信息可视化软件Cite Space,绘制公立医院公益性研究作者、机构及关键词的科学知识图谱,并对相关内容进行分析。结果国内公立医院公益性研究的相关文献量呈逐步增长态势,可以分为起步、发展、成熟3个阶段。在高发文量作者中,郑大喜、赵云居于前列。在高发文量机构中,华中科技大学同济医学院医药卫生管理学院、南京中医药大学经贸管理学院、华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院财务处居于前列。出现频次>40的关键词有20个,"公立医疗机构""新医改方案""公共卫生""积极性"等具有较高的中心性和突现性。结论医疗体制改革推动了公立医院公益性研究;作者、机构、关键词三者之间紧密相连;作者之间、跨机构之间的合作交流较欠缺。应该加大跨机构、跨地域的科研合作,优势互补,推动公立医院公益性研究全面深入开展。Objective To analyze the current status of studies on the public welfare of public hospitals in China,to provide reference for further studies.Methods The publications were retrieved in CNKI using the following terms,and the time of publication was not limited：public welfare;and public hospital.The deadline for data retrieval and download was assigned on 24 March,2017.The information visualization analysis software,Cite Space,was used to map a knowledge domain pertaining to the authors,affiliations,and keywords described in the publications regarding the public welfare of public hospitals in China,and the content of the publications was analyzed.Results The number of publications regarding the study on the public welfare of public hospitals had a gradually increasing trend,which was classified into three stages（beginning,development,and maturity）.ZHENG Da-xi and ZHAO Yun were the two most productive authors,and the School of Medicine and Health Management at Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,the School of Economics and Management at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,and the Financial Department of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were the three strongest contributors by affiliation.There were 20 keywords with 40 frequencies of presence,and the public medical institutions,new medical reform program,and public health and enthusiasm had a centrality and emergent property.Conclusion Healthcare system reform facilitates the research on the public welfare of public hospitals.There is a strong interaction among authors,institutions,and keywords;however,there is still a lack of inter-author and cross-institution collaboration and communication.Therefore,cross-institution and cross-region scientific collaboration should be strengthened to complement mutual advantages in an effort to promote comprehensive and in-depth studies on the public welfare of public hospitals.
