摘 要:城市水系景观是城市景观的重要组成部分。水系景观在城市雨洪调蓄上具有重要的调节作用。在工程建设之初,就应将雨洪管理的概念融入城市设计、市政工程、防洪规划、水系工程、道路交通和绿地景观等各个方面。在河道景观设计中,应将雨水收集、雨洪调蓄、排洪功能、水体净化等与实际工程结合,提出具体落实方案,保证城市建设的科学性、系统性与可实施性。通过对北川新县城河道规划及建设的分析,从宏观至微观,从总体到细节阐述了河道景观在城市雨洪管理以及雨水处理中的作用,提出基于生态理念下河道建设的思考。The urban water system landscape is an important part of urban landscape. The river system landscape plays an important role in city rainwater storage. In the beginning of the project construction, the concept of rain flood management should be integrated into urban design, municipal engineering, flood control planning, water system engineering, traffic planningand green space landscape planning. In landscape design, the rainwater collection and drainage of rainwater storage, and water purification function should be combined with the actual project, and also propose specific plan, to ensure the scientific, systematic and operability of the city construction. In 2009 Beichuan County river landscape planning, based on the analysis of Beichuan New Town river planning and construction, from macroscopic to microcosmic, it expounds the function of river landscape in the city flood control and stormwater management, and puts forward thinking of river construction based on the ecological concept.
