摘  要:针对哈得四联合站污水蒸发系统蒸发池长期高液位运行及表面浮油污染周围环境问题,对污水蒸发系统运行方式进行全方位优化,系统功能得到全面提升;结合HSE标准化站队建设,加强污水蒸发系统管理并建成标准化污水蒸发系统,最终实现污水污油资源化利用目标。这既满足污水污油零排放要求,又解决生产运行中长期存在问题,其创新思路及管理经验值得生产单位借鉴。In view of the problems of evaporation pool of sewage evaporation system operating at high liquid level in long term and surface oil polluting the surrounding environment in Hade four joint station, comprehensive optimization of operation way of sewage evaporation system is conducted to systematically improve the system function. In combination with HSE standardized station construction, the management of sewage evaporation system is strengthened to make it become a standardized sewage evaporation system, eventually, realize the sewage waste oil recycling, not only satisfy the zero discharge of sewage waste oil, and solve the long existing problems in the process of production. This kind of innovative idea and management experience is worth learning by other production units.
