大庆油田节能标准体系建立研究

摘　　要：针对大庆油田节能管理工作的发展需求,对大庆油田节能标准体系的建立进行了研究。通过分析节能标准体系的现状,发现了其中存在的主要问题。提出了标准体系的建立原则,确定了按搜集节能标准、确定标准体系结构和建立标准明细表的思路创建节能标准体系,制定出节能工作的下一步工作重点。节能标准体系的建立,对企业节能工作起到了指导和保障作用,并提高了企业节能管理工作的水平。In light of the development of energy saving in Daqing Oilfield, the establishment of energy saving standard system is researched. Firstly, the main problems are found by analyzing the current situation of energy saving standard system. Then, founding rules and steps of standard system is proposed, the steps are the energy saving standard collecting, energy saving standard architecture defining and energy saving standard list creating. Finally, the future work focus is presented. Energy saving standard system plays a guiding role in work, which improves the energy saving management level of the enterprise.
